We will meet each month in 2026 as a group and focus on a new block and learning different techniques. Don’t forget your show and tell! We love being your cheerleaders and gaining inspiration from your projects. The cost to join the 2026 BOM program is $35.  You can use your own fabrics or you can purchase the laser cut fabric kit we use for $140.  If you did not get to sign up in January, you can still join this month.

We love that this quilt looks more complicated that it truly is!  Join Natalie to learn how to use the Stripology Ruler to get this Quickie together. The cost of the class is $25 for the first class (April 20th) and the second class (May 18th) is $15. You will need to bring your sewing machine, standard sewing supplies, cutting mat, straight ruler, rotary cutter, Stripology Quickie Pattern book and needed fabrics. Come learn about your newly purchased Baby Lock machine. Debbie walks you through this complimentary class. Mastering your new machine is important to us and we want you to be satisfied with all that your Baby Lock machine has to offer! The class is free to anyone who has purchased a Baby Lock Sewing Machine from The Sewing Studio.  Please bring all accessories, the manuals that came with your machine, and a small pair of scissors.  All other supplies will be provided by The Sewing Studio. After the successful class for beginners, we decided to add more paper piecing classes.  We plan to use the Starry Block of the Month Book by Carol Doak to work from this year.  Each month we will work on one block. The cost of the class is $25 for the first class and $15 for any additional classes.  You will need to bring your sewing machine, standard sewing supplies, cutting mat, straight ruler or Add-A-Quarter Ruler, rotary cutter, and Starry BOM Book. The Sewing Studio will provide copies of the block on paper-piecing paper, and an iron and ironing mat for each participant.  It is suggested that you purchase at least a Layer Cake of fabric and a couple of yards of background fabric to create your blocks.
